Strech -
Hamsting

OK WHAT IS 'LUNGES AND CALF RAISES'....... THIS FOR THIS BLOG.. I HAVE TO START WORKING OUT. BECAUSE I AM BECOME MY OLD SELF.. AT MY HEAVIEST I WAS 320 AND MY LOWEST WAS 260. AND I GOT OFF MY DIET AND I NEED TO GET BACK ON.. I KNOW LOSING THE WEIGHT IS A LIFE-TIME CHANGE THAT I HAVE TO CONMIT TOO.... KEEP ME POSTED BYE BYE
